Just thought I would show this
I had to visit a site and make a purchase, everything was fine, except that I had to tick that I accepted the "Terms and Conditions", like most people I would just do that and carry on, but I decided to view the "T&C" this is what I found.
The company had not checked and added their T&C, don't let this happen to your site.

Updated information about Mystery Shopping
As a company, you may consider using a Mystery Shopper to view your store or business, it's normal and has been done for many years.
Many companies are now using the Internet to boost the "bricks and mortar" business, or even only have an on-line store. It makes sense to use a professional website mystery shopper to evaluate your business. Additional information on the www.drachsi.com website.

A typical visit shows what problems can exist
Today visited a site with an extensive form. First error was the amount of requested data, nobody is willing to provide information which they consider unnecessary and too detailed. Limit the amount information requested to the absolute minimum, and let people decide if they want to provide more.
This is a sure way to lose potential customers, just as they are ready to contact you.

It does not matter how big you are, there can still be problems.
Naturally I recommend a full website audit, (which is what I do). Today I visited a major international company website where I am registered as a customer, to change a telephone number. Their system would not accept the change because my number had more digits than the form could accept.
It is important that a form is capable of accepting international numbers if you wish to ensure customer satisfaction. Do you stress test your forms?
